How will you be the change?
In the heart of our continued double-digit growth, we are seeking ambitious and bright graduates to join our Support and On-Boarding Services team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of our cutting-edge cloud-based property management software, Concerto. You'll also serve as a pillar of support for our valued clients, addressing their queries and needs.
Key Responsibilities & Opportunities to Excel
As a Graduate Support & On-Boarding Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to every aspect of Concerto's implementation and support process. Your role will involve:
Essential: Technical Degree or Relevant Business Experience Equivalent.
Desirable: Recognized Project Management Qualification, ITIL4 Foundation.
Experience and Skills
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Warrington office. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday working rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
