As Supply Chain Manager, your role is to ensure that our supply chain partners consistently meet performance standards and contribute to the company’s operational success.

You serve as a key point of contact between Bellrock and our partners, driving efficiency, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring that supply chain operations align with Bellrock’s strategic goals.

You aim to maximise commercial opportunities and support the operational teams by resolving supplier-related challenges.

You are responsible for operational and tactical management of your supply chain partners, ensuring their performance meets the standards required by Bellrock and our clients. You will monitor supplier performance through metrics, hold regular review meetings, and implement action plans for improvement where necessary.

Collaborating with internal departments, you will work to maintain positive relationships and serve as the focal point of escalation when supplier performance issues arise. Additionally, you will oversee risk controls and ensure all suppliers are assessed against the company’s risk criteria.

And as a Supply Chain Manager - Maternity Cover with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

• With at least 3 years of experience in a supply chain management role, you bring deep expertise in stakeholder engagement and supplier performance management.
• You possess strong communication, influencing, and project management skills, with a structured and data-driven approach to handling tasks. Your ability to work cross-functionally and manage risk, combined with a commitment to continuous improvement, sets you apart in ensuring that supplier relationships contribute positively to the business.
• A relevant degree, CIPS certification or similar would be beneficial.
• Experience within Facilities Management is desirable, whilst experience of managing a supply chain and driving improvements within a fast-paced, service-based environment is essential.
