Business Integration Manager

Paddington, London (hybrid working)

Bellrock Group are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Integration Manager with 4-5 years of experience to lead the integration of new acquisitions and internal projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with our business goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Strategy Development: Design and implement integration strategies for newly acquired businesses, aligning them with organizational goals and ensuring smooth operational transitions.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of integration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and newly acquired entities, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness post-acquisition.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to support integration efforts, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish metrics to evaluate the success of integration initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Training and Support: Create training materials and support resources to aid employees in adapting to new systems, processes, and cultures following acquisitions.


Skills & Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in business integration, project management, or related roles, preferably with experience in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes, with a focus on operational integration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels (specifically C-suite and Private Equity).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from our Paddington, London office (one to two days per week the rest can be worked from home. Monday to Friday 8:30 am top 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch break).
