We are looking to recruit a Minor Works Electrical Install Engineer to join our team….

Location: Midlands/South

Hours and Pay: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week – competitive salary plus generous overtime package, call out allowance and First Time Fix Bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Undertake planned & reactive trade-related maintenance tasks.
• Participate in the out of hours call out rota as designated.
• Take measurements, estimate labour and identify material requirements for follow-on works via the red reporting system.

What Bellrock are looking for?

• Basic competency in using technology – email and the use of tablets for internal software system.
• Sound understanding of Health, Safety and environmental legislation and working practices.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to cover emergency call outs (evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis).
• Ability to commit to project work and stay out (with lodgings) Monday to Friday as required.

Experience and qualifications needed:

• 18th Edition.
• NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Inspection and Testing.
• Must have driver’s licence and be willing to travel and stay out as and when required.
• Previous experience in commercial/FM environment.
