Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer
Salary: £38000 plus DOE
Location: London - W1S 2PG area
The successful post holder will be responsible for:
- Understand the company and its clients’ requirements through positive and proactive engagement with contract support staff, engineers and the management.
- Attend various sites at allocated times to carry out routine maintenance and remedial actions as required and as per our contractual obligations to the highest standards.
- Liaise with the client and representatives on site in a professional and courteous manner and be always very presentable.
- Liaise closely with contract managers and contract support administrators (CSAs) to provide the level of site cover required for each contract and be able to adapt to last minute requests and changes.
- Provide real time feedback via the company’s CAFM system on the tablet provided.
- Weekly fire alarm testing
- Monthly tap temperature testing
- Monthly Emergency light testing
- PPM on all HVAC Plant to SFG20 Specification. (expect specialist plant like Boiler ,Air Con & Chillers)
- Reactive callout as and when required.
- Completion of onsite logbooks
- Meeting and escorting sub-contractors
Requirements:
- Electrical qualification.
- To understand the urgency of call types for each client.
- IT literate, with attention to detail.
- Preferably electrically biased but multiskilled qualifications accepted.
- This role will suit an experienced professional engineer with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Potential to progress to supervisory position.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude to work.
- Strong customer focus with a professional and friendly manner.
