Site Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the overall management of our site. Reporting to the Deputy Facilities Manager/Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for daily site operations, addressing issues promptly, and coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure smooth, efficient site performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining the high standards of site and contract management, ensuring all duties are carried out effectively.

And as a Site Supervisor with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

• Minor Repairs
• Assist in the event of an emergency
• Snow clearing/Gritting for frost
• Assist in fire alarm testing
• Meter reading
• Graffiti Removal
• Liaise with Bellrock Helpdesk to close jobs
• Secure the building and lock all doors at the end of the day
• Set and reset intruder alarms
• Report faults to FM Team
• Respond to reports of intruders
• Lock and unlock classrooms as required.
• Assist in building evacuations in accordance with the evacuation procedures.
• Respond to out of hour alarm call outs if required
• Checking Exterior lighting
• Unlocking car park gates
• Out of Hour Reception
• Key Holding Duties

• To have good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring that it is clear and concise.
• To oversee contractors, ensuring all reports, findings and outcomes are reported back to the appropriate teams. While ensuring that all reports are filed away accordingly
• Ability to demonstrate a competent standard of numeracy
• Ability to demonstrate staff supervisory skill where necessary
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels whilst demonstrating a flexible approach.
• Understanding of building maintenance requirements and the ability to undertake minor repairs.
• Ability to carry out cleaning functions as indicated an operate appropriate machinery.
• To have a good understanding of health and safety issues
• Possess experience in manual handling
• Can deal with a wide range of people in a sensitive, courteous and calm manner.
• To have the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
• To be willing to attend training courses as and when identified
