The ideal person will be customer-focused, communicating effectively and courteously with residents and colleagues whether face-to-face, via telephone, or in writing. They must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while performing day-to-day responsibilities. The role involves undertaking a full range of duties appropriate to the individual's technical skills level, including multi-disciplined activities within the scope of their training and competence. As part of a small team working on a four-on, two-off rota, which includes weekends and bank holidays, the candidate will be essential in delivering the best experience possible to our residents, customers, and visitors. A positive attitude towards changing environments is essential, along with adaptability to a range of duties and a thorough understanding of the importance of health and safety.

Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2AH working a 4 on, 2 off rota between the hours of either 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid break, or 7.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid break.
