Digital Marketing Manager
Can be based out of Leicester or London office (hybrid working available)
Bellrock Group are looking for an innovative Digital Marketing Manager to help us to develop and implement consistent and comprehensive digital marketing systems and strategies across the business, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and other strategic growth initiatives. This a new role to the business so we are looking for a candidate who can educate Bellrock Group on how best to achieve our marketing and growth goals and take real ownership for our digital marketing function. We need a hands-on digital marketeer who can help us deliver consistent yet agile and engaging digital customer journeys across the varied sectors we serve. Reporting into the Head of Group Marketing and Communications, the Group Digital Marketing Manager will work in a consultative way with sales, marketing and other senior stakeholders across Bellrock Group to lead our digital development and customer acquisition strategies. This role will suit an innovative and creative digital marketing manager with 5+ years’ experience and a background in multi-channel content marketing, SEO, social media, website maintenance, email marketing, Google Analytics, PPC, and HubSpot CRM. While we work remotely, as a team we also meet and work from our offices in Paddington and Leicester and other partner or client locations as needed
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Head of Content and the Head of CRM to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the Group's marketing and growth goals.
• Lead digital marketing transformation initiatives – working closely the Head of CRM, marketing and sales colleagues and web partners - to introduce technologies and practices that enhance customer experiences and drive customer acquisition.
• Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, website and email marketing, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Contribute to overarching brand strategy work, defining the new brand direction for Bellrock and its subsidiaries and its impact on digital channels.
• Define digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies for current and future businesses, ensuring effective use of digital tools and platforms.
• Manage all website projects, including hosting, CRM, and development, collaborating with relevant agencies.
• Optimise on and off-page SEO opportunities, working with agencies and internal teams.
• Collaborate on digital content creation with the Marketing Manager, Head of Content and Copy, and Design teams.
• Manage paid advertising budgets for Adwords, LinkedIn, and social advertising channels.
• Establish closed-loop analytics with sales and the Head of CRM to deliver insight on ROI and conversion rates.
• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct customer, competitor, and product research, monitoring digital trends and technologies.
• Provide guidance on digital marketing best practices, integrating digital solutions into traditional marketing efforts and business operations. Group Digital Marketing Manager| London/ Leicester/ Hybrid 4
• Collaborate across sales enablement and account management teams to execute effective sales and customer campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing colleagues to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop best practise guidelines and training for colleagues as need – for example, writing for SEO, maximising LinkedIn etc.
• Develop action plans to address skills gaps and ensure the Bellrock Group stays at the forefront of digital marketing.
• Brief and manage agency partners, ensuring timely delivery of marketing services within budget.
• Adopt a ‘One Bellrock’ approach to effective joint contracts, subscriptions, and licenses while remaining flexible to bespoke needs.
• Maintain a well-organised file system and adhere to version control and asset management processes.
• Keep organised records and timesheets for resource planning and task prioritisation.
• Perform duties as requested by the CEO, Executive Board, or any senior member of the Group Marketing Team
Knowledge, skills & qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience and a background in digital content marketing, SEO, social media (especially LinkedIn), website management, email marketing, Google Analytics and PPC Management.
• Significant experience using HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns and effectively report on their success.
• Experience directing website SEO and SEM initiatives.
• Experience of managing multiple websites and website consolidation and upgrade projects advantageous.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.

• Excellent use of technology to work efficiently and effectively
• Experience defining and executing inbound marketing strategies
• Social media community management experience for B2B clients.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
