We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of best-in-class hard and soft services at a prime property in Birmingham. In this role, you will align service delivery with the client's vision while executing Bellrock's policy to ensure excellence. You will be responsible for coordinating and organizing FM services, managing contractors, overseeing the Concerto system, handling contract variations, managing invoicing, and producing detailed reports. And as a Building Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
Taking ownership of the Asset Sustainability Plan and Operational Plan alongside the Technical Manager, updating actions on our sustainability platform. Utilizing bespoke software solutions, you'll enhance comfort, optimize energy usage, and streamline maintenance spend across our assets. Regularly seeking feedback from building occupants, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include attending client meetings related to projects, health and safety, and monthly service reviews. Efficiently managing reactive and planned works through the Concerto system, you'll ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within contractual agreements. Accuracy and timeliness will be paramount as you handle invoices and financial reconciliation.
Collaborating closely with contractors, you'll oversee work quality, conduct inspections, and maintain meticulous records. Supporting various projects, you'll liaise with property management teams to prepare budgets, assist with monthly client reports, and conduct regular site audits. Your proactive approach will extend to managing outstanding actions, drafting reports, and maintaining compliance with ISO 14001 and environmental obligations.
Above all, you'll uphold Bellrock's commitment to health and safety, ensuring all regulations are strictly observed, while actively contributing to social impact initiatives and engaging building occupants through events and engagement activities. Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work on site in Birmingham City Centre. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1 hour paid lunch.
