The Strategic Building Assets Director is a leadership role within Bellrock Consulting, driving the development and delivery of insight-led asset management strategies across client portfolios.
The role will report to the Managing Director Assets & Compliance and will be responsible for Bellrocks Consulting’s Building Assets practice and its associated service lines.
The role is responsible for the delivery and development of the Building Assets practice including business development, service delivery, people, process, data and technology, continuous improvement and innovation. The role will enable the Building Asset practice through a community of practice that includes all of the consulting staff that deliver the associated services.
The role will require significant collaboration across the Consulting regional businesses as well as other Bellrock operating divisions especially Intelligent Asset Care (IAC) and Technologies.
The role will be at the vanguard of marketing Bellocks capability in this area including through leadership, industry events and other external communication opportunities.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the London, Paddington office and working two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
