Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality construction and development projects across Axiom Project Services’ established private-sector client base.

These projects span a diverse range of asset classes including residential (PRS and developer-led schemes), industrial and logistics, leisure and hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Typically ranging from complex refurbishments through to large-scale new build schemes, you will take ownership from early feasibility and planning stages through to delivery and completion.

Working within Bellrock Consulting, you’ll combine Axiom’s strong regional client relationships with Bellrock’s broader capability and scale, giving you the opportunity to work on a varied and growing pipeline of projects while playing a key role in shaping client outcomes and project success.

Alongside project delivery, you will contribute to strengthening client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the consulting division.

And as a Senior Project Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

  • Leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Acting as the primary client interface, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
  • Managing project teams, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Developing project programmes, risk registers, and cost plans in collaboration with wider teams
  • Monitoring project performance and proactively managing risks and issues
  • Supporting business development activity, including identifying opportunities and contributing to bids and proposals
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members where required

What does it take?

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a consultancy or client-side environment
  • Strong understanding of project delivery across sectors such as residential, commercial, leisure, or industrial
  • Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets and programme delivery
  • Professional qualification (e.g. MRICS, MAPM) desirable but not essential
  • Client-focused, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality delivery
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving business

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the London, Paddington office and working two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
