Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management

You are responsible for developing and implementing a robust procurement and supply management strategy for group / overhead / indirect spend to enable the strategic imperatives of revenue and EBITDA growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in indirects procurement, including ICT, strategic thinking along with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

And as a Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Management with Bellrock, you're responsible for
1) Strategy
Leading the group / overhead / indirect Procurement & SCM (P&SCM) strategy to drive cost efficiency, P&L impacting savings and enabling growth. Aligning objectives with back office / group functions, building strong supplier partnerships, collaborating on innovation and working closely with finance and operations on budgeting, reporting, risk management, and developing the ProcureX development strategy.
2) P&L Impacting Savings
Ensuring cost control, accurate budgeting and delivering planned savings while supporting client teams and demonstrating value for money across the supply chain.
3) Supply Chain Performance
Manage supplier performance by working with back office / group functions to set KPIs and SLAs, monitoring/reporting results, senior escalation point and coaching suppliers to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
4) Risk Management
Identifying and mitigating P&SCM risks, (such as supply chain disruptions, compliance issues and market volatility), while ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and Bellrock standards.
5) People Leadership
As a leader, the role involves managing and coaching SCM teams to drive high performance, promoting excellent procurement and ESG practices, while building strong relationships with senior leaders while contributing to the Division’s strategic growth.

As a leadership role, candidates should have a degree (ideally a Master’s) and MCIPS (or commit to gaining it in 12 months), with strong procurement experience, team development and managing large-scale spend. Key skills include negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, communication and driving real change and transformation.

Results-focused, passionate about disrupting the market, you must thrive on complexity, be comfortable with ambiguity while being committed to both personal and team development.
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from home with a requirement to work at various sites to meet business needs, Monday to Friday 08:30 am too 17:00 pm with an hour for lunch break.
