Assistant Building Manager

As Assistant Building Manager you will be integral to overseeing the safety and maintenance and ensuring that this property will follow all applicable regulations. Recommending and coordinating improvements to the property as needed to ensure a safe, functional, and appealing space. Become an integral part of the site’s management team along with the Asset Manager, Property Manager and Service Delivery Manager. Due to the sites prominence the Assistant Building Manager needs to comfortable presenting at a high-level client and occupier facing.

And as a Assistant Building Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

• Maintaining a safe environment with proper lighting, signage, and disability access.
• Instilling a high-performance culture within the on-site team.
• Driver occupier engagement and feedback through events and initiatives.
• Organising events with support from front of house team along with engaging with local schools and charities.
• Utilising onsite IEQ’s and BMS software to proactively monitor comfort, air quality and energy usage.
• Drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures.
• Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems.
• Scheduling regular building maintenance and cleaning services and ensuring service standards are exceptional.
• Supporting sustainability initiatives and be passionate about Net Zero ambitions.
• Contacting professionals for fabric repairs as needed.
• Ensuring that occupants are provided with proper working utilities.
• Monitoring building maintenance budgets through Concerto software.
