Join our PMO team as an Operational Excellence Manager, where you'll drive transformational change and continuous improvement across our organisation. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on optimising processes, eliminating waste, and creating sustainable operational frameworks that deliver measurable business results. You'll be at the forefront of our operational transformation journey, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement world-class operational practices.
Specifically, you will support the IAC Operational Excellence team in implementing their new operating model.

Process Optimisation & Standardisation: Analyse, redesign, and standardise critical business processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce variability, and improve quality outcomes
Performance Management: Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems that track operational performance and drive accountability
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements
Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and operational practices
Team Development: Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in operational excellence methodologies, building internal capability and expertise
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to align operational initiatives with business priorities
Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements
Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to leverage automation, digital tools, and emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency
Best Practice Implementation: Research, evaluate, and implement industry best practices and benchmarking studies to maintain competitive operational standards
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement certification
Proven track record of leading successful operational transformation initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
Experience with project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with process mapping software and statistical analysis tools

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office and working two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
