CRM Manager

As a CRM Manager, you will play a critical role in optimising our CRM (HubSpot) strategy across the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams. You’ll be a key contributor to transforming the way we use HubSpot; driving efficiencies, improving customer journeys, and enabling smarter, faster ways of working. With a natural curiosity and passion for business process improvement, you’ll identify opportunities for automation and optimisation and bring forward fresh ideas to support our growth and customer experience goals.

And as a CRM Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

  • Acting as an internal HubSpot consultant to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support, advising on platform best practices and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels to understand business challenges and recommend CRM-based solutions.
  • Designing, building, and optimising workflows, lead lifecycles, and customer journeys to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Ensuring the CRM is delivering value across departments by improving platform adoption, governance, and utilisation.
  • Challenging current ways of working and proactively bringing forward ideas to enhance our use of HubSpot.
  • Owning data integrity within the system and enabling accurate, insightful reporting through dashboards and automation.
  • Leading training and onboarding for new users to ensure confidence and consistency in system use.
  • Supporting cross-functional projects by managing solution design, system integration logic, and execution of HubSpot configuration.
  • Staying current with HubSpot’s evolving features and industry best practices to continuously drive improvement.
  • Partnering with technical teams as needed to support system enhancements and third-party integrations.

What does it take?

  • Extensive experience with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs; preferably within an enterprise or multi-team organisation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle stages, and automation best practices.
  • Proven track record in CRM consulting; identifying problems and delivering practical, effective solutions.
  • Comfortable analysing business processes and translating them into scalable CRM workflows and improvements.
  • Experience managing and delivering CRM projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of data management, segmentation, and CRM reporting capabilities.
  • Naturally curious and excited by CRM/HubSpot, automation, and driving change.
  • Proactive, confident, and comfortable challenging the norm to find better ways of working.
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a strong desire to help teams succeed.
  • Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-focused, highly organised, and driven by delivering results.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from home Monday to Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.
