Account Manager -Trailblazer Scheme – Future Leaders in Facilities Management


Location: UK (Various Locations)

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30a.m to 5p.m

Pay: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Duration: 24-Month Programme (x2 six-month placements and a full-time role)

As part of the Trailblazer Scheme, you'll complete two six-month placements on Bellrock’s key client accounts during your first 12 months. Alongside this hands-on experience, you’ll follow a structured training and development programme designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to lead your own account shortly thereafter.

At the end of the programme, you’ll move into a permanent role within Bellrock that aligns with your skills, performance, and career ambitions – guaranteed.


What you’re responsible for

During your placements, you will:

  • Work closely with relevant Account Directors on high-profile client projects
  • Conduct data analysis and identify opportunities to enhance service value
  • Collaborate with our Energy and Smart Engineering teams to deploy innovative tech-driven solutions
  • Take ownership of a key contract area such as:
  • Supply chain oversight
  • Service excellence delivery
  • Compliance and risk management

Your knowledge, skills and qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or Property Services
  • Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with compliance, HSE, and sustainability best practices
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the one of our sites based in the UK and from home on a hybrid basis, Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am top 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch break.
