Talent Acquisition Administrator

We are now looking to bring onboard a Talent Acquisition Administrator to sit within our Talent Acquisition team. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our recruitment team in sending out job offer letters and contracts, checking right to work documents and checking DBS and references. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication, multitasking, and administrative skills.

And as a Talent Acquisition Administrator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

  • Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment related documentation.
  • Managing the Talent Acquisition central email box. Responding to enquiries direct or forwarding them to the relevant colleague.
  • Ensure Right to Work documents are received and verified accordingly prior to date of commencing employment.
  • Collect and verify new hire documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Adding new employees and existing employees to the online system for ID checks, references and DBS, and following up on outstanding cases.
  • Ensure that all new starters are onboarded onto the relevant systems and removed upon termination.
  • Send out welcome emails to new employees.
  • Invoice processing/raising PO’s.
  • Any other duties relevant to the day to day functioning of a busy Talent Acquisition department.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job requisition data

Your knowledge, skills and qualifications

  • Experience of working in a busy Recruitment or HR environment, desirable.
  • Competent user of Excel, essential.
  • Experience of using various in-house systems.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Exceptional data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, including a good telephone manner.
  • Discretion is essential to this role as you will be dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage working time effectively, as well as having excellent organisational and time management skills


Working arrangements
