To ensure the successful, compliant and profitable delivery of Soft Services for the PFI contracts located at His Majesty’s Treasury, London. This entails the responsibility for the overall performance of the contract including: financial performance, contract performance, people management, contract compliance, client management, contractor management and reporting to the Sector Director – PFI.

And as a Senior Contract Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
Financial Performance
- Responsibility for the successful performance of the contract against the agreed annual budgets.
- Provide the Bellrock management accountant with accurate information in regard to financial performance, including any exceptional income or expenditure which could affect the financial performance on the contract.
Contract Performance
- Responsible for the successful delivery of the FM Helpdesk Service Provision, via the FM Helpdesk Manager.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of all outsourced services (Catering, Security, Waste, internal landscaping)
- Provide accurate management reports on any / all elements of the contract as requested by the Sector Director – PFI.
- Ensure that risks & opportunities are identified, recorded and managed in line with company policy.
- Ensure variations are raised correctly, signed by all relevant parties and invoiced accordingly.
- Ensure that any issues identified or raised regarding invoicing and/or purchase orders are resolved in a timely manner.
People Management
- Provide line management for all direct reports and the wider management support and direction for Bellrock team delivering within the contract.
- Responsible for ensuring for addressing any HR issues such as disciplinary, sickness management and performance appraisals. Escalating any issues as appropriate.
Contract Compliance
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Reporting all accidents and incidents via the relevant reporting procedures. Ensuring all incidents are investigated appropriately and any necessary actions taken.
- Compile and complete audits in line with agreed schedule. Ensuring all non-conformances are actioned and closed as appropriate.
- Ensure all contract documentation is review and updated appropriately, this includes but is not limited to The Emergency Response Plan, Business Continuity Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Plan, AP’s, MM’s and MS’s.
- Ensure that sufficient staff are in place and training has been delivered to the Bellrock team to comply with the Emergency procedures.
Environmental Management System
- Responsible for the successful delivery and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in order to maintain ISO14001 Certification.
Client Management
- Attend meetings with Exchequer Partnership and the Government Property Agency as detailed within the agreed schedule, including but not limited to the monthly client meetings and Steering Group Meetings.
- Provide management reports in line with contract requirements & additional requests where applicable.
- Ensure minutes are issued & agreed within agreed timescales where applicable.
Contractor Management
- Overall responsibility for the operational delivery of the contracts sub-contractors.
- Specific responsibility for monitoring the performance of the sub-contractors against the contract KPI’s, agree any action plans to resolve any service issue.
- Hold Monthly Assessment Contractor Meetings with each contractor.
- Manage day to day operational issues.
- Ensure contractors issue accurate monthly reports within 5 working days of the end of the month.
- Audit contractors to ensure compliance with the contract and legislation.
- Agree service improvements/innovations for implementation.
Benchmarking/Market Testing
- Responsible for the delivery of the Benchmarking and Market Testing in line with the contractual requirements.
- Ensuring that Bellrock’s financial position and risk profile is not compromised as a result of the outcome of these exercises.
- Ensure that all contractual and financial issues are addressed in regards to sub-contracts.
- Ensuring the successful delivery of the services, following an appropriate mobilisation.
Working arrangements
