Due to continued growth Bellrock Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Executive. Bellrock is a technology enabled business of property experts. With a reputation for delivering innovative, data-led insights, we support customers through the entire property lifecycle. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Project Executive to join our team based in our London Paddington office.

As the Marketing Project Executive your role will be to manage and oversee marketing projects (such as events, internal initiatives) from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing objectives.

This role is essential in delivering effective project management and high-quality, consistent content that contributes to the overall productivity, effectiveness and success of the marketing function and the whole business, allowing us to continuously improve and strive for excellence.

And as a Marketing Project Executive with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

  • Develop and and implement detailed project execution plans aligned with business objectives, with a primary focus on public sector networking and thought leadership events
  • Organise and execute high-profile conferences, roundtables, and bespoke customer events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones to monitor project progress
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, supplier management, budget control, and on-the-day coordination
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
  • Address project challenges and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
  • Provide regular project status reports to senior management, customers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources and recommend adjustments if necessary
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or failures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify event opportunities and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Foster communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and external vendors
  • Work closely with the Content and Copywriter to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and events planning
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all touchpoints
  • Be an advocate for the strategy, working proactively with the Content and Copywriter, marketing colleagues and key stakeholders to execute the marketing objectives
  • Facilitate project review meetings and ensure timely decision-making
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Stakeholders Management & Communication: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and liaise with event partners. Identify and attend key industry events and forums, acting as a brand ambassador and fostering new business opportunities
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing and event initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain up-to-date records of event metrics and marketing KPIs to track return on investment.

What does it take?

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and execution, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and resources
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns and large-scale events
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with project management software, marketing analytics tools and CRM software, such as HubSpot & GA4 is advantageous
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create impactful content
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning and executing events.

Working arrangements
