And as a Sales Development Representative with Concerto, you’ll do it by…

• Leverage phone, email, video, and social networking tools to uncover/ nurture new opportunities ●
• Understand and identify the pains and/or needs of a prospect and effectively qualify their interest
• Market research and using analytical skills to uncover new markets
• Establish credibility by learning and understanding relevant value propositions, products & solutions and effectively communicating them to prospects
• Communicate with and influence multiple layers within organisations, including senior leadership
• Schedule meetings between prospective customers and sales teams
• Attending shows and supporting in the marketing of Concerto
• Supporting marketing activities in general
• Regularly meet/ exceed monthly attainment goals
• Maintain/ exceed quality standards
