Supplier Relationship Advisor

The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and cohesive operations supplier relationship support for a key Client.

This role will focus on turning data available into usable insights that help us maximise output through our supplier relationships.

You will need to develop and maintain fantastic working relationships with appropriate personnel at the correct levels both internally and externally and ensure a consistent message is given to Suppliers.

And as a Supplier Relationship Advisor with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

• Be proactive in the interpretation of performance data to create the insights that help challenge supplier performance and identify the opportunities that support a culture of continuous improvement
• Support engagement programmes with appropriate suppliers to ensure regular communication and feedback
• Analyse and interpret performance data as the basis for improvement through informal and formal supplier reviews
• Escalate and provide feedback on persistent poor performance to your manager for formal action plans
• Send supplier communications when required and track returns
• Draft service schedules and other relevant supplier documentation for the Supplier Relationship Manager
• Track and monitor supplier non-conformances within Bellrocks’ Concerto system.

What does it take?

• Preferable a qualification in data analytics
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and practical experience of Microsoft Power BI or equivalent
• Have a strong commitment and be self-motivated to develop and learn
