We are seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Bellrock Consulting. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships while driving cross-selling opportunities across the different divisions of the company. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and client-focused individual who can establish strong connections both within Bellrock Consulting and with our clients.

And as an Account Manager with Bellrock Consulting, you’ll do it by…

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

  • Regular client touch points both F2F and via TEAMs

  • Understand client needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that align with Bellrock Consulting’s capabilities.

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and updates regarding progress, deliverables, and strategic goals.

  • Promote the ‘Bellrock’ culture within the business.

  • Achieve upsell/cross growth margin targets and KPI.

  • Strategically develop the account in partnership with the client to offer additional services and “value add” as appropriate.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell services across different divisions within Bellrock Consulting.

  • Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure a holistic approach to client needs and deliver integrated solutions.

  • Develop strategic touch points with various divisions of the company to drive new revenue streams from existing client relationships.

  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at expanding Bellrock’s client base.

  • Work across the organization to build strong internal relationships that facilitate cross-functional collaboration and support.

  • Leverage internal touch points to facilitate information sharing, identify opportunities, and ensure the best solutions are provided to clients.

  • Engage with multiple internal stakeholders to understand different service offerings and create bespoke solutions for clients.

  • Working towards membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • High degree of direction, self-reliance, assertiveness and the ability to hit the ground running
  • Interprets business needs and promotes decisive action.
  • Ability to challenge positively and debate confidently.
  • Resolves difficult issues using appropriate conflict resolution techniques
  • Strong planning, communication and people skills together with a “hands-on” approach.
  • Good stakeholder/client management skills, with the ability to quickly demonstrate an understanding of Bellrock’s business and clients’ business and the market dynamics in which we operate.
  • Displays an entrepreneurial approach to business, constantly seeking opportunities for growth.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion and enthusiasm to succeed.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the London, Paddington office and working two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
