And as a M&E Asset Surveyor with Oakleaf, you’ll do it by…
- Support development of Assets Division. This incorporates driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance and governance, retention and development of our client base.
- Assist in growing the customer base so that the TRE positively contributes to the growth and financial performance of the business overall.
- Be a proactive team member within the Asset Division, ensuring that the company culture and behaviours are always displayed
- Undertake survey work as directed by Service Lead or Lead Consultant
- Assist with project progress meetings where necessary, and keep the Lead Consultant / Service lead informed of progress
- Working collaboratively with other people across the other divisions to achieve TRE targets and present a seamless approach to clients.
- Ensure the delivery of a professional and exceptional service to clients.
- Working with the client and surveyors to ensure that projects are delivered to a good standard
- Identify M&E assets to formulate asset registers.
- Provide lifecycle reports for M&E plant
- Providing advice around M&E lifecycle management.
- Home based – nationwide travel
- Deliver fees through delivery of Assets Services to clients
- Develop network and work collaboratively with all contacts, working closely with them to manage and offer new business activity for all services across the business but with focus on TRE services, ensuring this is applied to all new opportunities.
- Attend and contribute to Asset Division CPD Meetings
- Support colleagues where appropriate.
- Creates new and imaginative approaches to work related issues. Identifies fresh approaches and shows a willingness to question traditional assumptions.
- Personal motivation – commits self to work hard towards goals. Shows enthusiasm and career commitment.
- Reasonable knowledge of the Building Surveying market, with up to 3 years direct experience.
- Ability to deliver 6 Facet surveys (M&E biased)
- Experience in asset collection
- Organisational skills
- Knowledge of sfg20
- Good understanding of M&E principals
- Proficient IT use to ensure deliverables can be issued in a timely manner.
- Ensure the delivery of a professional and exceptional service to clients.
- Adhere to Concerto CRM, CASE and Quality Management processes.
- Develop the Assets service line, working with the Head of Assets (M&E).
- Support other TRE BU’s.
- Follow industry practice and legislation to deliver competent Assets Services.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from home Monday to Friday 8:30 am top 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch break
