Bid Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and experienced Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Bellrock’s continued success by producing compelling tender responses and supporting a range of bid and business development activities across the group.

And as a Bid Manager with Bellrock's Consulting Division, you’ll do it by…

You will take responsibility for creating tender responses, collaborating with internal delivery teams, sales, and the marketing team across Bellrock, Oakleaf, and Nifes. In addition to bid coordination, you will support process improvement initiatives to enhance our submissions and efficiency.

Main Duties:

  • Bid Management: Lead the coordination, research, collation, and writing of bid submissions for all Bellrock Group brands, including Oakleaf and Nifes.
  • Maintain and improve processes, procedures, templates, guidelines, and documentation to support bid excellence.
  • Handle administrative aspects of submissions, such as compiling case studies, CVs, policies, and other essential documents.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing and business development campaigns across the group (internal and external).
  • Execute actions from marketing and business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research into new and existing markets and services across Bellrock, Oakleaf, and Nifes.
  • Ensure branding standards are consistently applied across all group communications and submissions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Produce comprehensive and compelling tenders by collating and writing information across the group and applying a consistent style.
  • Coordinate the bid process, ensuring internal stakeholders meet agreed deadlines.
  • Build and maintain an accessible library of supporting evidence for tenders.
  • Design engaging graphics and presentations that effectively communicate sales messages.

What does it take?

  • Demonstrable experience in bid management, preferably within professional services or consultancy is advantageous.
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation tailored to exacting requirements.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.


Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the London, Paddington and working two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
