Engineering Field Manager
Salary: Competitive
Location: Hackney
The successful post holder will be required to:
- Work closely with Bellrock Senior Management team, managing a supervisor and a team of 10 various trade engineers.
- Have experience working on CAFM systems, both engineering and back of house admin.
- QA’ing all relevant reports and certification from engineers.
- Daily communication with Engineers. Dealing with day-to-day issues and offering advice & support on task issues.
- Carrying out documented Bi-monthly toolbox talks/Engineers’ meetings.
- Achieving good practice across the team by demonstrating good leadership and knowledge.
- Liaising with building end users & Subcontractors.
- Support Mobile and Static site team and develop processes to ensure Bellrock standards are implemented.
- Organise fleet vehicles, maintain records and respond to queries.
- Maintain existing relationships with the Business key stakeholders and respond to their requirements as appropriate.
- Organise, and co-ordinate OOH call out rota and activities, and be available as 1st escalation for the supervisor and the engineers.
Requirements:
- NICEIC Electrical Qualified supervisor
- BMS Control System Course
- Level 3 Award in the Requirement for Electrical Installations BS 7671: 2018 (18th
- edition)
- Level 3 Award in Initial and periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installation
- (2391-52) 2018
- Level 3 Award in Electrical Installations BS 7671: 2008 (2015) - 17th edition.
- Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures)
- Level 2 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology - Installation (Buildings &
- Structures)
- QHSE Asbestos Awareness
- Managing Safely (IOSH) Fault finding in all certifications and reports
