We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on lead qualification for our innovative mobile inspection app. This individual will be expected to conduct a high volume of calls and emails per day to identify and qualify potential customers. They will work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and demos with qualified prospects and manage all leads and opportunities in the company's CRM system. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in a sales or lead generation role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

And as a Sales Development Representative with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively source, identify, and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Evaluate potential clients' needs and their fit with our mobile inspection app, focusing on industries that require regular and rigorous inspection processes.

Initial Outreach: Make the first contact with potential clients, introducing them to the benefits and features of our mobile inspection app. Engage prospects through compelling communication that highlights how our solution can solve their specific inspection challenges.

Appointment Setting: Efficiently manage and follow up on leads to set up meetings or demos for the sales team. Ensure that these opportunities are well-qualified, with a clear understanding of the prospect's needs, buying process, and timeline.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and qualification strategies. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements based on interactions with prospects.

CRM Management: Diligently track and manage lead information, activities, and communications in the company's CRM system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure effective lead management and reporting.

What does it take?

If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Sales Development Representative, you’ll need…

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B technology or software environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and a hunger to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.


Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work hybrid based in Essex, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break.
