Head of PPM Strategy & Compliance

As the Head of Technical & Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ safety and compliance through the effective governance of PPM activities. Safety, risk-reduction, and commercialisation are your key focuses and drivers.

You will ensure client PPM schedules are setup and delivered as per contract, thereby contributing to best-in-class service delivery whilst optimizing cost-efficiency. You will ensure contractual arrangements are delivered, risks are mitigated, and commercial opportunities are maximised, thereby contributing to the overall success of Bellrock.

How will you be the change?

You will be responsible for the setup and ongoing quality of planned preventative maintenance schedules and the management of asset-related data within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, data management, and continuous improvement to ensure the reliability of schedules and the effective utilisation of asset information.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, planned services, and mobilisation teams, to ensure best outcomes for clients.
  • Optimize delivery schedules to create a cost benefit for the organisation.
  • Provide technical guidance to staff within the planned services team and facilitate training as needed.
  • Own and develop the Remedial process to increase compliance and revenue.
  • Analyse data and reports to assess the effectiveness of planned preventative maintenance schedules and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Implement systems or processes to monitor performance and compliance, proactively identifying potential risks.

What does it take?

  • Experience in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Management).
  • Proven experience of managing planned preventative maintenance schedules, asset information management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management / maintenance techniques, asset management principles, and data governance, including change control processes and contract variations.
  • Knowledge of SFG20 models and principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions.
  • Commercial mindset and familiarity with public and private sector facilities management contracts.
  • NEBOSH and/or IOSH certification is essential.
  • Membership (MIWFM or above) of the Institute

Working arrangements
